Ralph worked for Verizon from 2007 to 2012 as a senior attorney and, when he left to set up his legal services business later in 2012, we started to use Ralph as additional legal resource for the European team.  

Ralph is a very skilled legal practitioner, qualified in England, France and Spain and fluent as a native in those languages along with a very good knowledge of Italian and German.  In his work at Verizon, Ralph supports the business in the UK, France and Spain undertaking negotiations of complex telecoms contracts along with support for RFPs and all other commercial matters.  Additionally, Ralph has an in-depth knowledge of and interest in Data Protection across the above-mentioned jurisdictions and has supported the Verizon Commercial and Privacy teams on a variety of data protection issues, including the negotiation of DPAs with end customers.

Ralph is flexible and adaptable to different business and cultural environments and also is able to take on board changes, not only in law and data protection, but also in technological developments.  He has and maintains strong and collegiate relationships with the attorneys with whom he works and also with management and colleagues in sales, pricing, customer services and products with whom he interacts in his work at Verizon.
